What is the Isagenix Refund Policy?
IsaBuy is based out of Perth and is an independent associate. All correspondence should be taken up with the Isagenix Head office/Customer Service line which will gladly assist you with any questions regarding refunds or any other specific matters.
Isagenix is so confident of the quality of their products, they offer a complete and full 30 day money back guarantee.
There are some important details to note.
Any of the membership fees, the associate shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise required by law. Isagenix is not be responsible for the cost of postage of any returned items.
Isagenix reserves the right to issue a refund on returned items only.
Isagenix will only credit back to the original payment method. Isagenix also reserves the right to
recoup any commissions generated from the sale of the products.
A full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Isagenix offer a 30 day money back guarantee on your initial order with Isagenix.
This guarantee only applies to your very first order on your account, any consumable item that you are trying for the first time, and does not include shipping and handling or membership fees.
Isagenix must be contacted within 30 days from the invoice date and returned items must be received by Isagenix within 45 days from the invoice date.
STEP 1. Contact Customer Service on 1300 651 979 (Australia) or 0800 451 291(New Zealand) or via [email protected]
Please provide your ID number, your order number (found in the top right corner of your invoice) and the reason for the return. You will be provided with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number if your order falls within our return policy.
STEP 2. Return all product containers (opened and unopened) to the address provided by the Customer Service team. Clearly write the RMA number on two sides of the box. You are responsible for the shipping costs for this returned package. Isagenix is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods and therefore it is recommended articles are returned via Registered Mail.
STEP 3. After your request has been approved and goods are received by Isagenix, you will be credited back the refund for the item(s), on the same payment method that you used to purchase the order. NOTE: The refund for the item(s) does not include any shipping and handling charges, nor any other fees.
STEP 4. Processing of refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the returned package is received.
If your product is determined to be defective it will be replaced at no charge. If you believe your product is defective, notify the Customer Service Department within 10 days from the invoice date.
First Autoship Order
Your first Austoship order with Isagenix is covered by our 30 day money back guarantee . Isagenix reserves the right to reject returns of subsequent autoship orders to the extent they contain items you have previously purchased. Isagenix must be contacted within 30 days of the invoice date and the order received by Isagenix within 45 days of the invoice date. Please complete Steps 1-4 as outlined above.
Retail Orders (via Isagenix Retail section on associate websites)
As a retail customer, you have 30 days from the invoice date of your first order to initiate a return. Please review your invoice or call our Customer Service team on 1300 651 979 (AU) or 0800 451 291 (NZ) to determine if your order is a Retail Order.
Only one refund per product will be given for opened bottles e.g. if you return 2 opened bottles of Ionix Supreme only one bottle is eligible for a refund.
Retail Direct (Wholesale order sold directly to a customer)A Customer Retail Invoice, available on the Associate Back Office must be completed in full with contact details and signed by the customer. The original copy must be included with the returned goods.
For additional information on retail receipts, please see Section 10 of the Isagenix Policies & Procedures. If your order is eligible, a replacement product will be sent to you. Isagenix does not provide monetary compensation for retail direct sales. Isagenix reserves the right to reject repetitive returns or replacements.
Isagenix International’s Buy-Back Policy is designed to protect individuals who want to discontinue being an Associate with Isagenix International and believe they have mistakenly purchased more inventory than they could sell. These policies specifically DO NOT apply to an Independent Associate who, for the purpose of qualifying for a bonus or some other benefit, has falsely certified that the inventory for which they are attempting to receive a refund has been previously sold.
